We never keep a payment method on file, so nothing renews by itself. Each term ends with an invoice that you choose to pay. Longer terms take a percentage off the management fee; hardware costs the same per month on every term.

Within one business day: stock at that location, the handover date and the final price in US dollars.
We email a Bitcoin invoice for the confirmed price. Pay it from any wallet or exchange.
Access details by email. Managed tiers are hardened, monitored and backed up before we hand them over.
House rules
Paying in bitcoin keeps your card out of it. It does not put a server beyond the rules. These are banned and end the service:

We keep what we need to run your server and answer you: your email, your order and your invoices. We share it only when the law requires it, and we tell you when we are allowed to.

Send an order request for the server, location, management tier and term you want. An email address is all the contact detail we need. We confirm stock, the handover date and the final price in US dollars by email within one business day, then send, once online checkout opens, a bitcoin invoice. Setup starts when the invoice is paid. Nothing is charged when you submit the form.
Essential Managed covers operating system security updates, initial hardening (SSH keys only, firewall, brute-force blocking, automatic security updates), 24/7 monitoring with alerts, nightly offsite backups and handling hardware failures with the data center for you. Pro Managed adds configuration changes, two admin hours a month and a 1-hour first response for outages. Neither tier covers writing or debugging your application code.
Yes. You keep full root (or sudo) access on every tier. If a change you make conflicts with our hardening or breaks backups, we will tell you and help put it right; on Essential that help is limited to restoring the managed baseline.
Every server sits behind automatic network-layer (L3/L4) volumetric DDoS filtering at no extra cost. That handles common floods; it is not an application firewall. If you expect targeted application-layer attacks, put a CDN or WAF in front of the server and we can help configure it on Pro Managed.
We accept Bitcoin only. Online checkout opens soon; order requests are accepted now and nothing is charged until you pay an invoice. We never keep a payment method on file.
Yes, and there is nothing to cancel on a card because we never hold one. Each term ends with a renewal invoice; if you do not want to renew, tell us or simply do not pay it, and the server is reclaimed after the grace period in the Terms of Service. Within 7 days of handover you can cancel a prepaid term for a full refund, and if you cancel a managed tier within 30 days of handover we refund the first month's management fee. Refunds are paid in bitcoin at the dollar value, to an address you give us. The refund policy covers the details.
